100% Arabica Coffee
We present the 100% Arabica coffee blends range. The delicate flavour and smooth rounded aroma finely balances our slow roasting and nine of the finest Central and South American Arabica bean varieties. The 100% Arabica flavour coupled with the resulting low caffeine content (1.5% maximum) provides exceptional coffee quality you can enjoy again and again.
Traditionally, and for many, 100% Arabica represents the finest form of coffee bean available. The dedicated Arabica range takes pride in substantiating this status by using only the finest of the finest Arabica beans, sourced directly from the celebrated coffee growing nations of Latin America. By receiving the exports within their original sacking — unopened, as they left the plantation — and by not diluting larger beans with smaller and less well ripened grades, the roasting plant can ensure the ideal foundation for their meticulous preparation and precise roasting.
Available in two perfectly pre–ground densities for alternative forms of preparation — or simply as whole beans if you prefer — the special vacuum packaging and re–sealable airtight cans (for the pre–ground coffees) help preserve the aroma and keep your coffee grind much fresher.

Did you know:
The longer coffee beans are roasted the less they weigh, but a slower — and therefore longer — roasting cycle is absolutely crucial to fully awaken the dark, subtle and complex flavours of quality coffee. This means the slower Vergnano roasting requires more beans to achieve the same weight, gram for gram, when compared with many faster roasted and inferior alternatives.
